消炎，生肌。治烧伤、烫伤。

附方

治烧伤、烫伤：缅枣树皮50～60%酒精浸出液，外涂伤部，第一日涂四次(干后再涂)，以后每日一次，不须包扎。(性味以下出《云南中草药选》)

果实可食用。
